With over 15,000 hours of research, training and motivational speaking under his belt, it is no wonder why Lamonte Faison has been recognized three times over by the Nevada Department of Corrections staff and officers for Instructional Excellence. He is a Certified Trainer in Leadership and Personal Development. Lamonte Faison’s experience as a Certified Speaker transitioned him well in the social setting as he has spoken to women’s book clubs, business development groups, school development programs, conducted round tables on personal growth, churches, prisons, corporate and government settings.

This former law enforcement officer single-handedly designed and developed a youth program for the Department of Corrections called Reality 101, intended to expose the youth in the community to the reality of prison and the importance of making good choices.
